A creative space for community.
1656 Club was founded by artist and creative Paloma Orozco in Indianapolis as a place where coffee, art, and culture intersect. Designed as a modern third space, it invites people to slow down, connect, and experience creativity in everyday life.
Through curated events and collaborations with artists, makers, and cultural voices across the city, the space serves as a platform for community and creative exchange. A rotating gallery highlights local artists, while cultural flavors, thoughtfully crafted coffee, and signature matcha anchor the experience.
Curated vintage pieces are woven throughout the space, reflecting Paloma’s eye for design and her love for timeless objects with stories. Each element is intentionally selected to create an environment that feels inspiring, layered, and alive.
1656 Club is more than a café. It is an evolving creative space built to celebrate local talent, meaningful connection, and the culture of Indianapolis.
